White Mountain Hotel

With two phased projects, TruexCullins introduced a fresh look to the resort while honoring the hotel’s traditions, earning the property a AAA Four Diamond designation.

The guestroom interiors evoke an intimate, residential feel with natural colors and tactile fabrics. Locally commissioned artwork references the flora and fauna of the region, reinforcing the hotel’s identity as a gateway to mountain adventure.

This design language was continued into phase 2 of the project, with major renovations to the lobby, restaurant, and tavern.  Guests step into a reception lobby that feels comfortable and inviting, with direct access to a renewed Ledges Restaurant and Tullamore Tavern. The circular dining room features dramatic 270-degree views of the White Mountains.  A raised floor follows the curve of the room, ensuring every seat is well positioned to take advantage of the panoramic view.  The space is further enhanced by a double-sided fireplace, custom bookshelves, wood ceilings and decorative lighting.
