Lido Beach Resort
Sarasota, FL
Opening in December 2022, this project features an expansion and renovation of the Jackson Hole Airport in Grand Teton National Park, with new dining, retail and seating areas. The interior spaces celebrate the unique experience of flying into a national park, paying homage to the American West and the majestic surroundings.
The Jackson Hole Airport serves 400,000 travelers annually. The design of the new terminal effectively choreographs this traffic, facilitating easy and stress-free travel. Multiple seating options serve alternating flows of travelers, with a relaxed lounge, a convenient grab-and-go counter, sit-down dining, and a casual bar experience.
The main waiting area is designed as an airy and welcoming “living room”, with unique details, indirect lighting, and natural mountain materials. The space features a fireplace at one end, locally commissioned artwork, and unobstructed views of the Tetons beyond.
TruexCullins collaborated with Executive Architects CLB and Design Architect Miller Dunwiddie on the design of this project.
