Blackrock Construction

This new 18,000 square foot, two-story office building serves as the Headquarters for Blackrock Construction and Keller Williams Vermont. The occupants consist of these two complimentary groups: the construction professionals of Blackrock and the real estate agents of Keller Williams, operating as independent teams associated under a common set of goals and values.

The modern exterior of the building is an abstract expression of this teamwork, with distinct parts that come together to form a multilayered and balanced composition.

The project is the first phase of a larger masterplan, which will eventually include two buildings with a total of 30,000 square feet.
