The Treehouse at Spruce Peak

The Treehouse is a luxury residential building with elevated Vermont style and European-inspired design. The project consists of 48 fully-furnished units with modern kitchens, 5-fixture baths, and living space tailored to adventurous families.

Two design schemes were developed for prospective homeowners: a Vermont scheme with natural finishes and deeper tones, and an Alpine scheme with a lighter and more European feel. For both options, TruexCullins worked with local artists and artisans, ensuring a handcrafted quality in each space.

Each residential unit features floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies with spectacular views of Spruce Peak and Mount Mansfield. Floating electric fireplaces are a signature design element. Sustainability, durability, and beauty come together harmoniously, creating a comfortable home for owners to enjoy their best mountain life.
