TruexCullins Associate Cam Featherstonhaugh Selected for 2019-20 NCARB Re-Think Tank
We are proud to announce that TruexCullins Associate Cam Featherstonhaugh, AIA, CSI, is one of 12 Architects selected for the 2019-2020 NCARB Re-Think Tank!
The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) is a nonprofit organization that collaborates with licensing boards to facilitate the licensure and credentialing of Architects while protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Each year, NCARB selects 12 newly licensed architects around the country to be members of the Re-Think Tank.
Over the course of the next year, the group will meet virtually and in-person to explore challenges and opportunities throughout the licensure process, develop ways to strengthen the relationship between licensure candidates and supervisors, and discuss equity, diversity, and ethics within the profession.
As a leader of the K-12 Education Studio at TruexCullins, Cam has an extensive knowledge of sustainable building practices and building science. He is versed in the educational pedagogy of 21st century learning and adept at guiding his clients through the challenges and opportunities of the design and construction process. His most recent projects include Winooski School District, Williston Central School, Seventh Generation HQ, and St. Michael’s College Residence Hall.
Cam serves on the National Board of Directors of the Construction Specifications Institute and is the founder of the Vermont Chapter of AIA Emerging Professionals Network. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Norwich University.
