Four new staff join TruexCullins Architectural Design team
Over the past few months we have welcomed four new staff to our architectural design team. Meet the newest members of TruexCullins!
Tom Karlhuber, AIA has joined the firm as a project architect. Tom comes to TruexCullins with over 17 years of architectural experience, including with firms in Middlebury, VT and Boston, MA. He is currently working on the renovation of the Williston Central School and a residential addition in Stowe.
Tom earned a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia. Tom served as an Adjunct Professor at the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University, where he introduced a Green Design seminar course and a complimentary green design studio.
Since relocating back to Vermont, Tom and his family now enjoy being closer to the Green Mountains where they pursue their love of hiking and skiing.
Lealoni Coathup, Assoc. AIA, is an architectural designer with the Education and Home studios. She earned a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Norwich University. After graduating, Lealoni conducted an in-depth analysis of the professional architectural degree curriculum in Doha, Qatar, for the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB).
Lealoni completed an architectural internship with TruexCullins in 2014, and has now returned as a full-time architectural designer.
Erika Dodge, AIA, LEED AP joined TruexCullins as a Project Architect to work in the Residential and Resort studios. Dodge earned her Masters of Architecture, Dean’s List and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Deans List from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has 8 years of experience working at architecture firms in Portland, ME and Tahoe City, CA, where she worked on hospitality and custom residential projects. She currently lives in Stowe and is an avid skier.
Jess Dahline previously joined TruexCullins to support the Residential Studio. Dahline earned his Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, Magna Cum Laude from Norwich University. Dahline previously worked as a carpenter on residential projects throughout Vermont.
