Epstein to Speak on School Facility Planning in Bangkok, Thailand

David EpsteinManaging Principal and Architect David Epstein, AIA, LEED AP, of  TruexCullins Architecture + Interior Design, has been invited to speak at The International School Boards Symposium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Epstein’s presentation “Building a Vision, Envisioning a Building” will take place in November 2013. He will share his years of experience creating, expanding and transforming school facilities and discuss common challenges and solutions for successful completion. Other presenters include top education design leaders from around the world including Barbara Darling, Stephen E. Plisinski, Smita Malik and Dr. Gilbert C. Brown.

TruexCullins’ Education Studio, which Epstein co-leads with Principal Richard Deane, AIA, specializes in school facility architecture. Some of Epstein’s current school projects include master planning and architectural design services for the American School of Antananarivo (ASA) in Madagascar, an American international school with students in grades K – 12.  In the USA, TruexCullins has been hired by Leman Manhattan Preparatory School, an elite boarding school located in New York City. For this school, TruexCullins will be designing a unique indoor nature park for their Early Childhood program.
