Debevoise Hall

Vermont Law School

Vermont Law School’s 110 year old Debevoise Hall serves as an historic landmark in South Royalton’s village center. With a $6.5 million renovation and addition, the historic academic building has been reestablished as the centerpiece of the Law School campus.

This major renovation maintains the building’s historic exterior integrity while incorporating a high level of sustainable initiatives. The four story, 28,000 sq.ft. structure provides a home for the school’s Environmental Law Center, classroom space, faculty and administrative offices and an all-purpose space that serves as the Law School’s “living room.”

The renovation and addition to Debevoise Hall is part of the larger campus master plan developed by TruexCullins.
